Treat high BP: It is imperative that you treat your high blood pressure. Controlling high blood pressure is just as, if not more important, than high cholesterol. Consult with your doctor and start an aerobic exercise program. If you are overweight, it would help to lose weight.

What are you asking?: Basic biology, big fellow. The tendencies run strongly within families, and you inherit several genes from each parent; there are also plenty you don't get.
