Cerebral : Cerebral palsy does not affect genetic makeup.

There : There a probably many causes of what we refer to as cerebral palsy; none of them are genetic. I'm not sure what a "full blooded american" is unless you are refering to native americans....Who decidedly did not have "fair, light hair and eyes(?)" dna doesn't lie, get over it.
