Testes: Will get examined maybe an ultrasound of scotum.

Physical exam: Physical examination mainly. Dr. Will need to carefully palpate the testes. If there is uncertainty about findings, an ultrasound of the testes will need to be done. Keep the appointment. Nothing about this is painful.
