IM Toradol benefits: Hopefully all you will need is 1 IM dose of Toradol (30mg vs 60mg) to keep costochondritis symptoms at bay. Find that Toradol works well for symptoms which are "caught early". Hopefully that was your case. If it does wear off say after 2-3 weeks of >50% relief of symptoms, then you may benefit from short term oral NSAID (as long as your kidney function is good). Tricky area for topical meds.
