Mgt/workup: Hemangiomas are fairly common masses in the neck and airway. I would advise uploading the image to your virtual EMR so that I can review it. If you are experiencing any difficulty swallowing or breathing, a procedure may be completed to remove or shrink the mass. A follow up scan can be used to gauge the rate of growth.
