I made 2 pap smears at 2 different gyn, 1 week apart, one says cin1, no hpv, the other one no cin. what does it mean? how to know which one is ok?

Cervical dysplasia: Pap smears are not perfect; this is not unusual. The positive result (CIN1) is always real; you need to follow the advice of that doctor about follow-up. CIN1 rarely progresses to cancer, but don't take the chance.
