How to maintain low colesterol and blood pressure?

Genes, Meals & Walk: Both high cholesterol and high blood pressure have a hereditary component, one of the main reasons you should see a doctor to evaluate your inherent risks. Added to this, a poor diet and lack of regular exercise can both have a dramatic impact on your blood pressure and cholesterol level. Stress and social isolation may also adversely impact these values. Smile, eat right, socialize, exercise!

Healthy diet: Cholesterol is only present in animals so if you want to keep it low you should avoid as much meat you can. However, cholesterol by it self it is not as bad as just eating carbohydrates. If you want to be healthy, eat fruits , vegetables and a balance diet , and do no forget to exercise as much as you can. Exercise is the only prescription that is free and can help you to live longer.
