Nausea, bloating,yes: Nausea, bloating, cramping can all occur with fibroids due to growth in the uterine size. food aversions and areola darkening not so much.

Some symptoms: They can cause pain, urinary frequency and urgency if large enough as well as back pain. However, they don't exhibit the hormonal changes that cause darkening of the areola. Fibroid torsion or degeneration may cause nausea and vomitting, but is usually associated with severe pain too. Food aversion also not really related to fibroids. Headaches from anemia also common.
