Test again: Sometimes it takes a while to have enough of the hormone (HCG) in your system to show up on a pregnancy test. Your other symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy, but not definitive. You could also be getting sick with a virus that is going around. Get some rest, and if your symptoms get worse, seek immediate care. Also, retest for pregnancy in another week, or see your dr.
