They can be: Those symptoms can be due to pregnancy, as well as several other things. However, with any change in your periods, and i assume the bleeding is vaginal, please consider pregnancy, and the possibility of a miscarriage. If it continues or you have worse symtpoms, best to be seen to get a better answer.
