Do a test!: None of but may not - things are likely to be early pregnancy signs but the real way to find out is a test. PMS differs for people and may include some but do a test if you think it's possible. Use protection if you don't wish to be pregnant. Be well - be careful!

Not necessarily...: Your symptoms are non-specific. They could mean you are pregnant but they could also mean you have an infection in the uterus or bladder or many other things. If your period doesn't happen in a week, a pregnancy test would clarify the situation. Best wishes!
