Cyst with abscess: Sounds like a pilonidal cyst and this can develop infection as bacteria track into the area from a tiny opening into the gi tract. This needs to be seen and treated by your doctor asap to prevent worsening and more pain for you. See your doctor soon and hope you feel better soon.
