Bump/anus: The two most likely possibilities are a small thrombosed external hemorrhoid, a small focal area of folliculitis (infected skin gland) or a small perianal abscess. A thrombosed external, l hemorrhoid resolves on its own. Folliculitis will go away with clensing and antibiotics . A perianal abscess may require just antibiotics but also may require antibiotics.
