Skin tear: Urvask35, these superficial fissures in the perianal skin are often cause by fungal infection. Get some OTC Lamisil (terbinafine) or any anti-fungal cream and apply twice daily for 10d - 2 weeks and keep that area DRY and this should clear up. thanks
