Ask your surgeon: If you are having it done Laproscopically then 2-3 weeks depending how you feel. If they have to convert to an open cholecystectomy then 4-6 weeks

If laparoscopic, 2 w: If it is done laparoscopically, possibly as soon as 2 weeks. If an Open procedure is done, most would recommend about 2 to 3 months.
