Should be fine but:: There are no known specific interactions between cilnidipine and L-arginine. L-arginine is a component of nearly every protein food and it is safe to eat foods rich in L-arginine. But since L-arginine may lower blood pressure a bit, there could be an additive effect, so if you take L-arginine monitor your BP to make sure it does not go too low. If it does consider reducing dose of cilnidipine.
