I use 10xanax to sleep but took last 1 at 8:30 for anxiety.i've some clonapin from prior script.can i safely take 1mg clon at 11:30 for sleep tonight?

Xanax (alprazolam) and Klonopin: are benzodiazepines and there are no known interactions in drug database but effects are additive. Best to consult your prescriber for guidelines as to total amount for your individual situation. Best to consider alternative strategies to assist with sleep, especially non-medication sleep hygiene.
