My hcg levels are slowly rising but not doubling every 2 days. if i don't miscarry, will my baby have health issues due to chromosome problems?

No: Your HCG level should increase by at least 50% in 48 hours in a viable pregnancy. It doesn't always double in 48 hours. A rise greater than 50% but less than double doesn't mean that your baby has health issues or chromosome problems. Best wishes!
