Chat w/ur FamilyDoc: Spironolactone is a water pill and blood pressure (BP) lowering medication that can also cause the side effects you've reported due to its effect on testosterone (T). Check w/prescribing physician eg your Family Doc. Make sure your BP is ok w/o this drug. Consider checking if you have excess Estradiol (estrogen) which can cause gynecomastia (male breasts & painful nipples). Also check for low T.

I underwent a vasectomy reversal 8 days ago. Yesterday, against the advice of my urologist, my raging libido won and I ejaculated via masturbation. Today I have a dull ache in my right testicle. Could the sutures be ruptured?
Pain in right testicle (not the actual testi but the "tube" on top of it) and tender right breast with some hardish bits around and under nipple.
Two months of these symptoms. High sitting right testicle, aching/sharp pains that come and go throughout the day, mostly at night. Abdominal pain and chest pains, but not too bad. A feeling of dragging/heaviness in my groin. Goes away and comes?
