Second Opinion: You are always entitled to a second opinion! Schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist and be honest about your symptoms. At the end of the day, maybe the diagnosis itself matters less than finding the right treatment that makes you feel & function better. Also, you don't have to prove anything to anybody; if you have a doc who you feel doesn't listen you have a right to choose a different one.
