Emergency Department: Although your cough is there for quite sometime, but if you are having trouble breathing while talking and chest pain, then you need to go to ER. Emergency departments are meant for the illnesses that should not wait for the regular doctor appointment, and this is that same situation. They will do your blood work and also may require a chest X ray. Hope everything turns out to be OK...
