What would cause facial tingling/numbness feeling? i've had a neg brain mri and normal cbc.

Neurologist: These symptoms suggest either impingement or disease of a superficial facial nerve or a lesion in the brain cortex. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate and diagnose the cause of this symptom and appropriate tests will be ordered.
