Neurologist: These symptoms suggest either impingement or disease of a superficial facial nerve or a lesion in the brain cortex. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate and diagnose the cause of this symptom and appropriate tests will be ordered.

Speak to your doctor: Have you spoken to the ordering physician regarding the imaging results? Your history and examination will be important to help localize the issue; a CBC and MRI combination for assessing the symptoms isn't a clear pathway. Please follow up with your doctor.
