Heart flutter: Heart flutter is from a rapidly beating heart or from arrhythmia. It is normal with even mild exercise, but should not cause chest pain if it is normal. Chest pain with heart flutter is very serious and could indicate a lack of blood flow/oxygenation to the heart muscle caused by arrhythmia and warrants an ER visit urgently.
