Can you tell if you have an air embolism from an ekg? what about a chest x ray?

Clinical diagnosis..: An air embolism is usually diagnosed on clinical grounds and it cannot be visualized on an EKG or chest xray. Sometimes, if an echocardiogram is done immediately, and if there is enough air present, it can be seen with this ultrasound test. This diagnosis is usually made when there are symptoms of it in the right clinical scenario.
