How far BACK?: Maybe I'm missing something but I can't for the life of me figure out what "how far back do applicants for an RN get tested?" means? Unless you're Marty McFly then, nobody can be tested for ANYTHING required by a job application process any further BACK than the 1st day an application for a job requiring drug screening is made. Otherwise, you'd be testing people just THINKING about a certain job?
