Could be yeast: It could be yeast. I would first try an over the counter yeast cream and if that does not clear it up then you may need to see your doctor for an exam.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
