Forms of activity: The more inactive you are, the more likely you experience chronic pain and weight gain. The key is to find mild, intermittent forms of exercise that you can tolerate and carry on. For example, start with stretching and light weight bearing. Change body positions every few minutes. Take breaks but try walking/stationary bike/water exercise, and increase the duration weekly when tolerated. no snack
