Very effective: Prednisolone drops (used up to every hour) is very effective. Sometimes oral steroids or injection of steroids around the eye are needed.

Effective: omnipred is one of the types of prednisolone and in my experience at the appropriate dosage works well. some generic brands seem to not work as well. Good luck
