Can children use clobex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Clobex/children: It is safe to use in kids 12 and older. Under age 12, it is a pretty hefty steroid to use for a kid. It is a steroid, and a fairly potent one at that. Kids can absorb it through their skin and it can then affect them as if they ingested it. I would use a lower potency steroid on a kid under 12, although there are occasions when a stronger one is needed - close monitoring is then needed as well
