How effective are irinotecan injections for treating colon cancer?

Pretty good: Usually they're part of a protocol. If I were offered this as adjuvant Rx and it was affordable from my end, I'd probably go ahead if it was offered by an ethical oncologist. I'd quit if it was clearly not helping.
