Others may help: If certain chemos do not give the proper response, one can take a fresh bx and send it for chemosensitivity and cahemoresistant studies. This will tell which wont work and which have the potentail to help either as single agents or combinations of drugs including use of immune drugs including Avastin (bevacizumab) and Erbitux
