Yes, yet patience +: gentle, watch response almost certainly the wisest option. Quick "fixes" are widely marketed and make lots of money for those selling them. Yet that does not mean that using them, in most cases, is wise or accurate thinking, other than having less money to spend on other issues, hopefully of more value.
