Stuck in throat: Most likely is post nasal drip especially since it is spring. Could try zyrtec ( if not allergic) in AM, elevate head of bed, benedryl in PM .Try vit c ( orange juice 3-4 glasses a day x 3 then taper down to 2 glasses a day x 3 the 1 glass a day x 3. . may also be sore throat, tonsillitis that needs antibiotics. NHL is rarer Would follow up with doctor/urgent care ,
