You are fine for now: Do not repeat in the future as studies have shown that ibuprofen can reduce the effectiveness of the irbesartan. If used long term the studies show increase renal damage and decrease in renal function. But a one time error hasn't been shown to present harm. Ibuprofen and similar drugs have been shown to increase blood pressure in some patients.
