This is probably: GAS in your left upper colon where it CURVES under your spleen ( "SPLENIC FLEXURE SYNDROME) You essentially 'shake" your colon like a cocktail shaker and the gas RISES to the "highest level" of the large bowel the splenic curve in the left upper abdomen!
