Get an exam: The lump copuld be inflammation from a virus or bacteria. The latter would require antibiotic treatment. Continue rest, increasing fluids-clear liquids such as chicken broth, water, etc, and if you are not getting better, than get an exam with a dr. For the proper diagnosis and treatment.
