Maybe not at all: People will often espouse the supposed benefits of certain foods or supplements in helping to treat autoimmune diseases or in making those diseases worse. The trouble is there are virtually no large controlled studies that clearly substantiate these opinions. Until that happens, i remain very skeptical.
