None that I know of: but a diet high in anti-oxidants (fruits, vegetables, fish etc) may reduce the inflammation associated with autoimmune diseases . Since vitamin D3 is considered an immune regulator. bringing the blood level up to between 60-80 ng may improve immune regulation (this is still a controversial subject but poses no known harm).

No: You cannot "cure" an autoimmune disease by diet or medication. It is an immune dysfunction and this cannot be cured. Certainly, an antiinflammatory diet can help you feel better if you have an autoimmune disease.

Probably not: Diet is a hot topic as a treatment for autoimmune diseases. However there is no cure for autoimmune diseases including conventional treatments and or diet. Obesity makes patients respond less well to treatments for rheumatoid arthritis. Weight loss in general helps. (The medications work better).

Not directly: A good diet will improve the immune system's overall function and would be beneficial. A post-nasal drip with negative allergy testing is probably non-allergic rhinitis, and Flonase and Astelin (azelastine) may be benficial.
