A member asked:

I got my blood drawn and the nurse didn't wear gloves, what if she pricked herself? then put it in my arm is there any risk of hiv??

If she has HIV: then this may be an issue. Do realize that the glove is more for the nurse's protection than yours since a needle can easily penetrate a glove . I'd doubt that she will be allowed to draw your blood if she is HIV infected.
