Been tested in june, july, & this month for hiv, with all three negative. with the second one being blood drawn from my arm. should i still be worried?

No: The 4th generation p24 antigen/antibody test is very sensitive. Can detect HIV infection within 2-3 weeks of infection. The rapid HIV test is also quite sensitive. The vast majority of people with HIV will be detected within a month or less by the newer tests. The second test was confirmation, to a high degree of certainty, that you don't have HIV. The third test is further confirmation.
