Cerclage: If you have been diagnosed with an incompetent cervix then ask if you are a candidate for a cerclage. This is a surgical procedure to support the cervix. You may also benefit from Progesterone injections (17 OH Progesterone) or vaginal progesterone suppositories. There are not particular food recommendations or restrictions for this condition
