Hard to say: With every repeat C-section you do have some increased risk. Years ago the max suggested was 3, but I assisted on a 5th in the same time frame. It is best you discuss this with the OB that knows you best & has an idea what your womb has ben through. There can be other reasons they would suggest you stop.
