No need to: If you were dehydrated your albumin may seem high, even though yours is at the upper end of normal. If the tourniquet is left on for too long, it may cause a spurious high reading. Maybe dehydration: In a young woman such as yourself a high Albumin may mean that you are a little bit dehydrated or it can be a general inflammatory response for all the serum enzymes are elevated make sure you are adequately hydrated and have normal kidney function and then it may normalize.
