Virus: Likely another upper respiratory virus. Treat the symptoms, lots of fluids and rest. If it lasts more than 5-6 days or you have fevers greater than 102 get evaluated. Not unusual to get multiple viruses in the winter. Wash your hands after contact with others or use hand sanitizer. More likely when you work in an office or with the public.
