Get seen: At your age, perhaps there is an explanation for why you have severe acne, or perhaps it is something else. Or it may be time for a different approach to your treatment. If you are using something that works to suppress your acne, and stop, it will recur unless you have finally outgrown it. I was able to go off tetracycline around age 50. Good luck.
