I feel like there is something poking my eye and i domt think its a sty. it is irritating i dont know what to do :( im a very paniky person ?

Dry eyes: Perhaps you should see a doctor. Foreign body sensation can be due to multiple causes ranging from an actual foreign particle to conjunctival follicles dry eyes corneal or conjunctival abrasion in turned eyelash or hair and the list goes on and on.

Irritant: there are many causes for your symptoms usually easily treated and not serious. You must see an ophthalmologist to determine the cause and treatment.

Things to try: If you feel something, there probably is something there! Try using artificial tears, try pulling your upper lid over your lower lid by the eyelashes and roll your eye around. If all else fails, see an ophthalmologist who can find out what the problem is.
