Not likely at all: The risk of "vaginal air embolism" seems to be attributed almost exclusively to the actual "blowing of air into the vagina" and not from " using a dildo or having sex the wrong way". I do not think you should be afraid . There does not appear to be any real cause for alarm or concern .
