No, Unless: You stick the hair dyer in your vagina which is DEFINITIVELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

No: An air embolism occurs when air or gas enter into a blood vessel so, for what you describe there is no chance that you could cause that sort of a problem. Having said that, I might caution you on what you're doing as you may cause excess drying of the skin and mucosa which can lead to other discomforts, pain, and problems. Wearing loosely fitting, cotton panties should be sufficient.
