? Clogged gland: Could be a clogged sweat gland. Try avoiding stick deodorants and using warm compresses to see if it resolves. If not recommend medical evaluation

Lump: Lumps can be simple things like blocked glands or lipomas which are fat cells , cysts . Hard to say without examination, please consult your doctor.

Possible Abscesses: It sounds like you may have some abscesses with or without cellulitis. You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed. In the meantime analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running the area under hot water and soap as often as it is convenient should help. You should let a doctor take a look at it.
