AMA: As you age, it becomes more difficult to conceive a child, especially at or above 35 years, also known as Advanced Maternal Age (AMA). This is a rule of physiology - it's harder to have a baby as time goes on, and the pregnancy itself is a higher risk pregnancy as the mother ages into her forties and beyond.
